Improve the current state of the website, focusing on displaying the portfolio, site navigation, and building a cohesive aesthetic. We aimed to create an engaging, professional website that reflects their design values and strengthens their credibility in the architecture industry.

Tools:

Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Similarweb

Tools:

Figma, Framer, Figjam, GPT-4

Solution:

We designed and developed a website in Framer that addressed G+C’s main concerns. It features an intuitive navigation, a responsive design, and a sleek, modern aesthetic.

Goal:

Create a consistent brand identity and refresh SDC's outdated website.

Introduction

This project marks the first freelance web design client I landed. Through a friend at G+C Architects, I learned they were in need of a new website and connected with him to get a better idea of their concerns and vision. After our initial call, a classmate and I put together a slideshow pitch featuring mockups built in Figma and Framer.

The architects loved our new vision for the website and soon after signed a contract for the new website, along with a monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance and updates. We worked closely with their marketing coordinator to guide the process and ensure we were aligned at every stage. Although the original timeline of 2-months was extended due to internal priorities at G+C, the extra time allowed us to refine details.

On September 11th, 2025, we officially launched the new website, delivering a product that reflected G+C’s identity.
